Food, service and Ambiance are excellent. The food is better than some national chains and friendly staff.

Ah, hot peppers. This is the quintessential weekend delivery food that we get from Uber Eats on long call days in the hospital. The customization, the speed with which they delivery, and it's halal! Apparently if you go in person there are discounts although it is very reasonably priced for delivery. It's quite amazing that they let you choose unlimited ingredients. The lesson is to be careful with the sauces and make sure that you don't order too many all at once. Fresh ingredients. If I had to compare against other local "burrito bowl" type places for FLAVOR I would put it above chipotle but slightly under guac shop and avo taco. But for VALUE, it is better than all of the others.

I had ordered a burrito bowl from here & it was so good! So typically when I go to places that do salads, burrito bowls, quesadillas etc I usually get a salad with the usual fixings (lettuce, tomato's, guacamole, cheese, sour cream & a little hot pepper). I decided to try the burrito bowl & I got it with rice. I'm not a big rice eater, but I figure, why not. So my burrito bowl consisted of cilantro lime white rice, chipotle honey chicken, guacamole, regular queso, onions & peppers, tomato salsa, roasted sweet corn, cheese, pineapple, pickled hot pepper, sour cream & chimichurri. Everything literally worked together perfectly. With each bite you got a spoon of delicious! Lol the rice makes it more fulfilling & adds a little something extra too. I also tried their "Kissy Mango" drink & it was good too. Not too sweet & the mango flavor is there. I do wish there were different sizes to order. Personally the other places out there (I don't need to name them you know) don't compare. Where the competitors have Hot Peppers beat is that they are located just about everywhere, but Hot Peppers certainly tastes WAY better than them!

Right off Union Tnpke on Springfield, across the street from the BP gas station. Few tables/chairs to eat in when you walk in; assembly line style ordering towards the back. Clean place, station set up next to the cashier to get napkins/utensils. Come around dinner time and expect to see a little line. Staff appear to be in their early 20s, sometimes they seem unsure of what they are doing and if it's busy and online orders are coming in, they struggle keeping orders in check, so make sure you keep an eye on which bowl/items are yours or risk taking someone else's. Similar to Chipotle but, in my opinion, tastes better. I tend to go for the salad bowl, but you have options for rice bowls, burritos, quesadillas, and a kids menu as well. They also have drink options. They fill the bowl with enough food to last me two meals, every single time. They have a variety of meat options, salad options, different sauces and spicy sauces at different levels of spice. They have guacamole, beans, cheese, nacho cheeses, Pico de Gallo, corn, you are basically in a selection heaven. Food is always delicious, two thumbs up from me. My salad bowl with honey Chipotle chicken comes to just over $12 after taxes. I get a side of chimichurri sauce too, which they don't charge for. They will charge extra for extra meat. 5 cent charge for the bag to give too, but it's a study attractive bag, so fine with me. You can pay cash or card. I shall keep returning, as long as they keep this up.
